Plexus has another opportunity with one of our long-term clients in the Web3 and Crypto space. They are an AI-powered research assistant designed to help crypto enthusiasts, traders and investors.

They are looking for a Web3 Research Manager to leverage first hand trading and research experience in the crypto space to develop targeted analytical methods.

Role:

• Work closely with AI Product Managers to improve data quality and enhance AI model performance, driving better content generation.
• Track market trends to keep the AI knowledge base up to date with the latest projects and tokens in real time.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to execute effective operational strategies.
• Design research methodologies and trading strategies for different asset types.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of internet operations experience; Web3 experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in project research and on-chain trading, capable of developing personal analysis or trading strategies.
• Proficient in both Chinese/Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.
