Web3 Ecosystem Manager – Up to $120k + tokens – Global Remote

A pioneering L1 blockchain that prioritizes scalability, security, and user experience in Web3 is looking for a driven Ecosystem Manager to lead community growth, developer engagement, and ecosystem expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to onboard and engage developers and projects.
• Cultivate relationships within the blockchain space to expand ecosystem adoption.
• Oversee the grant program to support innovative projects and startups.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and industry events.
• Organize workshops, hackathons, and initiatives to foster community engagement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess growth and impact.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in blockchain, Web3, or ecosystem growth.
• Strong understanding of developer needs and blockchain technologies.
• Existing network within Web3 communities.
• Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience in software development or smart contracts.
