VP of Product

Plexus have partnered with bleeding edge project driving the convergence of Blockchain, AI & Quantum Cryptography.

Approaching mainnet and TGE, with a suite of five products we’re looking for a VP of Product to drive product vision, strategy, and execution.

7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong record of senior leadership in fast-scaling organizations.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Solidity and Python.
Proven track record in building, launching, and scaling EVM-compatible products and ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the strategic product vision and roadmap, driving both innovation and long-term scalability.
Collaborate closely with engineering, growth, ecosystem, and community leaders to align product strategy with company goals.
Establish and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and performance frameworks across all product lines in partnership with technical leadership.
Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class product organization, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.
