VP of Growth & Revenue

Plexus is working with a heavily backed fintech company building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of global money movement. They have built strong technology, established market traction and are already working with major players across the digital asset ecosystem.

They’re now looking for a senior commercial leader to build out the commercial side of the business, essentially turning existing demand into a scalable institutional sales and revenue function.

You’ll own the commercial strategy from the ground up, building institutional sales, winning major customers and partnerships, developing the GTM strategy and eventually building the team around you.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience building a commercial function from 0?1
• Strong track record of personally winning and closing business
• Good understanding of the crypto payments/stablecoin ecosystem
• Experience within crypto, fintech, payments or financial infrastructure
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
