Plexus has partnered with a team who provide institutional-grade infrastructure for digital assets — specifically aimed at credit/lending, derivatives, treasury and settlement workflow, and we are helping them find a new VP of Growth
As the Vice President of Growth, you will spearhead our user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies. You’ll lead cross-functional teams (marketing, growth engineering, analytics) to drive scalable growth levers, optimize performance, and help the business hit key metrics. This role reports to the executive leadership team and will be a core driver of our next stage of expansion.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy across the funnel (top-of-funnel, activation, retention, monetization).

Own and deliver on key growth KPIs (e.g. CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates).

Manage and grow a high-performing team across acquisition, activation, retention, and growth operations.

Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize growth levers.

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and design to build scalable and efficient growth loops.

Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and inform decisions.

Scale up paid and organic acquisition channels, partnerships, viral loops, referral, SEO, content, etc.

Identify and prioritize growth initiatives — balancing short-term wins with long-term structural improvements.

Mentor and develop team members, set OKRs, manage budgets, and drive cross-team alignment.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, product, or analytics roles, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record driving scalable growth in a digital / product-focused business (SaaS, marketplace, platform, etc.).

Deep expertise across multiple growth channels (paid, SEO, content, referral, partnerships, viral).

Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, causality, experiments, funnel analysis.

Experience managing and mentoring teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across product, engineering, design, analytics.

Data-driven, hypothesis-led approach, with experience running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating.

Comfortable with ambiguity and working in high-growth environments.
