UX/UI Design Lead

Graphic Design Lead – APAC (Remote)   Plexus is working with a leading web3 infrastructure. Being super well-funded and having 30 million active users, they are on a mission to create a decentralised future. They are looking to bring a Grahpic Designer on board to lead the graphic design team in delivering high-quality visual content aligned with the brand’s identity.   Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software. E.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Fluent in both English and Chinese 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process from concept through execution for various medias.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support the business goal.
