UX Engineer

Plexus have partnered with a Series A funded Oracle provider who are looking to add to the engineering team with a UX Engineer.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX Strategy and User Support: Oversee user experience across the platform, identify friction points, and optimize engagement by tracking metrics like acquisition, retention, and feature usage. Build and maintain marketing tools such as multi-oracle latency trackers.

• Simplify Core Interactions and Interfaces: Redesign user flows to enable single-click access to essential features (e.g., activating data feeds), and surface usage insights such as feed update frequency and historical activity.

• Develop Cross-Chain Analytics Dashboards: Design and deploy dashboards that visualize feed performance across multiple blockchains, highlighting growth trends, utilization, and network-specific insights.

• Revamp Web Presence for Growth: Restructure the marketing and developer websites to emphasize bundle-based offerings, promote multi-chain support, and streamline onboarding flows based on chain selection.
