We’re seeking a US Head of BD with: • 10-12+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in US payments, FX, fintech infrastructure, or cross-border payments • Proven success scaling US sales organisations from early growth to significant revenue scale, delivering multi-million dollar annual targets • Strong technical fluency across payment APIs, platform integrations, stablecoins/digital assets, and US regulatory frameworks • Established network across US fintechs, banks, payment processors, and enterprise technology platforms
