Rust Trading Systems Engineer – Up to $250,000 – NYC (On-site)

Company: We’re building a high-performance prediction market enabling users to trade on real-world events. Our focus is speed, liquidity, and robust exchange infrastructure.

Role: Own and optimize low-latency trading systems in Rust, including order matching, execution logic, and core exchange infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale high-performance trading systems in Rust

• Optimize matching engine and order routing

• Improve reliability, throughput, and latency

• Collaborate on new market features

Requirements:

• Strong Rust experience in production

• Background in trading systems or exchange infrastructure

• Deep understanding of low-latency and concurrent systems
