Overview: Seeking an experienced crypto trader to manage proprietary trading strategies and provide liquidity across major digital asset exchanges for a small hedge fund.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize high-frequency and directional crypto trades

• Manage risk, capital allocation, and market exposure

• Monitor market trends and develop trading strategies

Requirements:

• 2+ years in crypto or electronic trading

• Strong quantitative and programming skills (Python/C++ preferred)

• Proven P&L record and deep understanding of crypto markets

Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based bonus.

$175k – $225k base + bonus / P&L
