Token GTM & Operations Lead

Title: Token GTM & Operations Lead Industry: dApps/tokenized economies Location: Remote Salary: $100k – $150k 

Plexus have partnered with an innovative platform that empowers anyone to build, launch, and monetize AI-generated apps — instantly deployable, on-chain, and tied to token economics. With 100k+ users and 10k+ apps already built, the platform is preparing for a public token launch and scaling its novel IPO-style token launch mechanism. This system enables builders to launch tokens with clean market structure and predictable economics.

They are seeking a Token GTM & Operations Lead to own the full lifecycle of the token launch — from pre-launch to post-launch stabilization — and to operationalize the IPO mechanism for ecosystem builders. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full token launch lifecycle: hype, growth, community activation, and narrative.
• Build attention and engagement pre-launch, during TGE, and post-launch.
• Support builders with onboarding, templates, and best-practice guidance for token launches.
• Activate communities, KOLs, and partners while coordinating growth, comms, and design teams.
• Operate hands-on: run campaigns, communications, and launch-day execution.
• Align cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Legal, Growth) and ensure smooth, timely launch operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running crypto token launches, TGEs, or trading/liquidity operations.
• Crypto-native with deep understanding of culture, attention cycles, and community dynamics.
• Growth-driven operator with hands-on experience driving engagement and metrics.
• Strong narrative skills: craft story arcs, position launches, and shape perception.
• Solid grasp of token economics, market structure, and issuance flows.
• High-agency, execution-focused, able to turn ambiguity into clear processes and SOPs.
