Technical Project Manager – DeFi & Crypto Trading

Plexus are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead our client’s development team, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth delivery in a fast-moving crypto environment.

What You’ll Do

• Scope, prioritize, and assign engineering tasks.

• Track progress, remove blockers, and keep projects on schedule.

• Ensure technical feasibility and optimize workflows.

• Drive Agile practices: sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives.

• Bridge engineering and leadership for alignment across projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in technical project management (Scrum Master, Technical Manager, similar).

• Strong understanding of software development and Agile frameworks.

• Experience with crypto/DeFi platforms.

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

• Clear, proactive communication and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for fast-moving products and high-quality delivery.

Nice to Have

• Background in blockchain or crypto trading tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and collaboration tools.

• Understanding of Solana memecoin markets.
