By utilizing the Solana blockchain for trade settlement, the company is significantly reducing transaction times and boosting marketplace efficiency. As the company scales towards a Series A funding, they are building the next phase of the product team and are seeking a Technical Product Manager.

The role:

• Lead the entire product journey from ideation to development and iteration.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align features with business goals.
• Ensure the development team delivers on the product vision.
• Manage UX and oversee efficient trade settlements.
• Prepare the company for product scaling after the token generation event

Requirements:

• Analyse market trends and user pain points to guide product development.
• Create feedback loops to continuously align the product with user needs.
• Build a roadmap for post-token launch growth.
• Lead both commercial and product teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with development.
