We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the design and development of a cutting-edge Regulated EU Crypto Exchange. You will take full ownership of the technical stack and architecture while ensuring a fast time-to-market. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact platform from the ground up, leveraging white-label solutions while also building core functionalities internally over the next 12-18 months.

Two experienced founders, 1 already launched a successful Stable-coin and market maker, with a track record of successful fundraising and looking to close within the next month. Actively engaging with multiple investors to finalize commitments, we are fully committed to building a market-leading crypto exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical design of the crypto exchange.
• Oversee the full-stack development, ensuring a scalable and secure architecture.
• Work closely with the founding team and investors to prioritize development milestones.
• Identify and integrate white-label solutions while simultaneously rebuilding key elements internally.
• Assemble and manage a high-performance engineering team.
• Experience in designing and scaling a crypto exchange (or similar fintech platform).
• Expertise in blockchain technology, security, trading systems, and financial infrastructure.
• Strong background in full-stack development with deep knowledge of relevant technologies.

Salary: Base + Equity
