Technical Co-Founder – $120k – $150k + Equity – Remote 

Plexus is working with a USD-based savings product built on blockchain technology rather than through a traditional bank. When you deposit funds, they’re converted into a digital stablecoin and lent out through decentralized finance protocols to generate yield, which you earn as interest. 

They are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join their team! 

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a high-performing engineering team, driving recruitment, development, and team culture.
• Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth and ensure technical excellence.
• Anticipate architectural decisions, identify technical risks, and define scalable engineering solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and product direction. 

Requirement

• Previously held a Technical Co-Founder/Head of Engineering or senior engineering role within a collaborative team environment.
• Brings proven experience in fast-paced startup settings, particularly during periods of rapid scaling.
• Comfortable being hands-on, with a strong track record of contributing directly to code and architecture while leading engineering efforts.
