 Tech Lead Architect – Decentralised Compute Infrastructure – Global Remote

Plexus are working with one of the most exciting teams in the decentralised computing space. Building on blockchain infrastructure – with a focus on enhanced scalability, efficiency, cost and security. 

With a recent raise of 8figures, they are looking to onboard a Tech lead to focus on AI infra and distributed systems architecture. 

Responsibilities

• Design multi-node LLM inference pipelines
• Define GPU cluster layout, scheduling
• Architect distributed compute layers, RPC frameworks and fault tolerance
• Lead decisions across data plane, control plane and microservices structure
• Design clean, developer-first APIs for inference, embeddings, fine-tuning

Requirements

• Deep experience in distributed systems, ML, HPC and GPU cluster architecture
• 7+ years experience in software engineering, infrastructure or systems architecture 
• Proven ability to architect large systems end to end
