Support Engineer- Rust

Rust Support Engineer Salary: Up to €115k Location: Europe (Fully Remote) Plexus have partnered with an open-source cryptography company focused on developing cutting-edge Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solutions for blockchain and AI. Our client are looking for a highly skilled and motivated support engineer. Your focus will be to help maintain exceptional service for their customers, partners, and community. You will collaborate closely with the team of distinguished cryptographers and engineers, playing a key role in upholding the continued excellence of cryptographic solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Address technical support inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Monitor and prioritize customer issues, escalating to the team when necessary.
• Assist in resolving bugs and developing new features within the codebase.
• Develop effective troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements:

• 3 years of demonstrated experience in an engineering support role.
• Experience working with blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with threshold protocols (MPC)
• Proficiency in writing code using Rust.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
