Staff Backend Engineer

Plexus has partnered with a fast-growing company building at the intersection of real-world assets and financial infrastructure. They develop software combining traditional systems with blockchain to improve asset management and access.

Role:

• Build backend services and tools interacting with smart contracts and investor-facing systems

• Own features end-to-end across backend systems and infrastructure

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify problems and ship practical solutions quickly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and modern backend systems

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or a related space
