Social & Content Lead

Social & Content Lead – CET Timezone – Up to $80k + Bonus + Equity 

Plexus is on the hunt for a creative and web3-native Social & Content Lead to shape and execute content strategy across key channels.

Our client is building unstoppable tooling for the creation and management of onchain organizations. Backed by a strong legacy of innovation, including securing over $35B in DAO assets, they’re now building the next generation of governance infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, production, and distribution of content across the blog, resource library, and email communications

• Lead content creation and growth initiatives across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and emerging social channels

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support product launches, GTM campaigns, and documentation

• Maintain and evolve the company’s tone, messaging, and positioning through thoughtful and technically accurate writing

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in content or social media marketing

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in the Web3 ecosystem

• Deep knowledge of decentralized protocols, governance, tokenomics, and DeFi

• Experience with tools such as CRMs, Semrush, Figma, and email marketing platforms
