Smart Contract Engineer (EVM/Solana) | Permanent | Remote

Plexus have partnered with where you can trade multiple strategies across many assets on spot, perpetuals & prediction markets.

Requirements:  

• Developed smart contracts across EVM, Solana, and SUI ecosystems (using Solidity, Anchor, and Rust). Partnered on protocol research and design, including lending models, liquidation engines, and oracle integrations. Proven experience building secure contracts that manage substantial Total Value Locked (TVL).

• Comprehensive expertise with DEX aggregators (such as Relay, Jupiter, and KyberSwap), with the capability to lead end-to-end prototyping and optimize platforms for liquidity routing and latency reduction.

• Advanced proficiency in EVM and Solana TypeScript libraries (e.g., Ethers.js, Viem, Web3.js), alongside a strong foundation in DeFi architecture and DApp creation.

• Demonstrated leadership track record in successfully scaling and managing existing high-throughput systems.

• Working knowledge of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and execution client software, such as geth or reth (deep understanding of their internal workings is highly preferred).

• Strong familiarity with the internals of high-performance database architectures.

• Up-to-date on modern architectural trends and industry best practices spanning system security, performance tuning, and overall usability.

• Excellent executive-level communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management.
