Site Reliability Engineer

Plexus are partnered with a top 5 TVL project who are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join their leading team.

This role is ideal for someone who has personally run Solana validator nodes, either within a DeFi protocol, staking service, or as part of an RPC node provider.

Requirements

• Must have run Solana validator nodes in production environments
• Strong background in SRE or DevOps roles (3+ years preferred)
• Proven experience with Linux systems
• Strong DevOps / automation skills – Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent observability stacks
• Strong understanding of Solana cluster architecture, epoch cycles, and RPC interactions
• Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize validator setups
