Plexus is partnered with an industry leading digital asset exchange scaling their core platform to meet increasing demand. They’re now hiring a Platform Engineer to join the team driving performance, resilience, and engineering autonomy across the business.

You’ll help shape internal systems that enable teams to move faster, safer, and more efficiently — all while working in a high-trust, impact-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, high-performance systems across the platform stack.
• Partner with engineering teams to remove friction and deliver internal tooling that empowers autonomy.
• Automate infrastructure using IaC principles to ensure reproducibility across cloud environments.
• Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through mentorship, feedback, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Solid experience with modern programming languages — ideally Python, Go, or Kotlin.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
