Senior Solidity Engineer

Plexus has partnered with an emerging stealth prediction markets company, fresh off a $4M raise, that’s putting production-grade AI at the core of how its markets run. The platform combines modern AI, real-time data, and on-chain infrastructure to build faster, more reliable prediction markets with hard production constraints where both speed and correctness matter.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Solidity Engineer to build the protocol from the ground up.

You’ll write the contracts, not inherit them. You’ll own core parts of the protocol including market creation, trading mechanisms, collateral management, and outcome resolution, while establishing the testing and security standards that the engineering team will build around as it scales.

You’ll work directly with the founders, have significant technical autonomy, and play a key role in deciding how the protocol is architected.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Solidity experience with contracts handling real user funds
• Strong EVM and smart contract security knowledge, including reentrancy, MEV, oracle manipulation and access control
• Strong testing experience with Foundry or Hardhat, including fuzzing and invariant testing
• Experience with AMMs, order books, prediction markets or oracles is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with high autonomy, making technical decisions and communicating trade-offs clearly

• Up to $200K base + equity + bonus
