Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer – $80k–$130k – Remote Plexus has partnered with an innovative tech company is building a platform at the intersection of anime IP, blockchain, and digital fandom. 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll lead the technical design and development of AI-enhanced trading bots and contribute to Oshi’s product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize strategies to boost trading bot volume and user acquisition

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and data teams

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product innovation

• Build scalable system architecture to support rapid product development

• Lead projects from ideation to execution with a focus on fast iteration and real impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software or product development (preferably in crypto, fintech, or web3)

• Proficiency with technologies like ReactJS, Python, and C#

• Strong skills in backend logic, systems design, and strategic thinking

• Excellent communication and project ownership abilities

• Self-motivated with a passion for solving complex problems

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience building trading bots or financial engineering tools

• Knowledge of blockchain applications and emerging tech
