Senior Smart Contract Engineer On-chain Crypto Primitive Location: Remote (Europe) Salary Range: €180k – €210k   Plexus are working with one of our long-term partners, pivoting into the decentralized incentive markets. They have recently launched an on-chain crypto primitive that directs the movement of digital assets, where protocols can reward their users for both on-chain activities and asset allocation.   They are looking for a Smart Contract Engineer to join their founding team (5-10 people currently) with supportive investments over $15mil.   Role:  

• Smart contract design and development
• On-chain infrastructure development
• Some front-end web3 integrations

  Requirements:  

• Experience writing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity
• Strong understand of smart contract security practices 
• Skilled in both front-end and back-end development for blockchain applications
