Senior Rust Engineer

Plexus have partnered with a leading, highly secure physical infrastructure offering non-custodial staking services for Proof-of-Stake token holders and provide essential services for the Web 3.0 ecosystem. They are looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to join the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in similar Rust positions
• Strong experience with building low latency / high performance systems
• Proficiency in high performance code patterns, execution scheduling, concurrency / multi-threading, advanced data structures 
• Proven ability to design and critically think about software architecture
• Previous Blockchain or Web3 experience is preferred but not required

Offering a great base salary of $200K USD + benefits + team bonus
