Senior Product Manager – $150k – £200k Base – Europe – Remote 

Plexus is working with a institutional blockchain technology company building infrastructure that connects traditional financial markets with public blockchain networks. They work at the intersection of institutional finance, tokenised assets, DeFi and blockchain infrastructure.

The company is currently launching a new blockchain protocol designed to bring institutional-grade real-world asset (RWA) yield products into DeFi, with an initial focus on the Solana ecosystem.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the core protocol team and take ownership of delivery through an important phase of the product’s development.

Responsibilites: 

• Own the product roadmap and delivery across the protocol

• Maintain decision logs and provide clarity around priorities, dependencies and trade-offs

• Work closely with engineers to translate product requirements into actionable technical work

• Partner with protocol teams, DEXs, lending markets, wallets and other ecosystem participants on integrations

• Take products from concept through development, testing and mainnet launch

Requirements: 

• 5+ years’ experience in product management or technical programme management

• 2+ years’ experience delivering onchain products to mainnet within a crypto-native environment

• A proven track record of owning products through to production and being accountable for shipping dates

• Comfortable working directly with technical teams and discussing product requirements and integrations with protocol engineers

• Able to work confidently with Rust and Solana engineers, understand technical specifications and translate them into actionable product requirements
