Senior Producer – Up to $190k – US (Austin)

Plexus is partnering with the in-house creative team of a high-growth, US-based industrial technology company to hire a Senior Producer.

Our client is scaling fast and investing heavily in content and brand to match the pace of the business. They are looking for a senior producer to run production across their creative output and bring real structure to a fast-moving team.

Role Overview

This is a very senior, hands-on production role for someone who is the calm, organised adult in the room. You will take projects from brief to delivery across film, video, social, internal comms, and a high-volume podcast and content slate. Part producer, part project lead, part chaos translator. You build the systems and standards rather than inherit them.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead production end to end across brand film, social content, executive and internal comms, and a high-volume podcast and video slate
• Build the timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans that keep complex projects on track
• Own vendor, agency, freelancer, and talent relationships, including commercial negotiations on significant budgets
• Partner with creative leadership to turn briefs into finished work
• Keep a high volume of moving parts calm and on schedule

What They’re Looking For

• Very senior, deeply experienced producer (interested to see a strong reel if possible)
• Background in a top creative agency or in-house brand studio
• Genuine project and product management rigour, someone who gets things done, not just high-level strategy
• Comfortable owning commercial negotiations, not a pure event producer
• Calm, steadying, low-ego temperament that operates well around strong personalities
• High taste, strong organisational discipline, a bias toward action

Nice to Haves

• High-volume podcast or recorded content experience
• Background can be business, fashion, tech, or media – sector experience is not required
