Plexus have partnered with a leading DeFi infrastructure company to hire a Senior Operations Engineer.
You’ll own the security, automation and reliability of a live production DeFi system where getting it wrong means real financial loss.
Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering with 3+ years in DeFi/Web3 ops
- Hands-on experience with vaults, multisigs and Safe SDK
- Security tooling experience (Hypernative, Blockaid or similar)
- Automation engineering, building and maintaining production pipelines
- Strong testing methodology, unit, integration and end-to-end
Nice to Have
- Monitoring platforms (Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty)
- Multi-chain operations across Ethereum and L2s
- Custody platform experience (Fireblocks, BitGo or equivalent)
- Client-facing communication skills
