Senior Marketing Manager – DeFi Staking – Europe/APAC (Remote)

Plexus are working with a well-funded start-up who are bringing additional security to P-o-S blockchains as well as DeFi staking services in the Bitcoin ecosystem. With over $50m raised in funding, they are looking to expand their growing team with a Senior Marketing Manager.

Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple specifications (PR, Comms, Social Media, Community, Branding)
• Report directly to CMO, lead marketing efforts from a handson perspective
• Create interesting and engaging content across various platforms to access a wider audience and foster engagement

Requirements

• 4+ years in a senior marketing position, preferably in the Web3 space
• Previous experience building and launching G2M strategies for decentralized products/services
• Strong understanding of wider blockchain landscape, preferably as a user and professional

Bonus Attributes

• High-level understanding of Bitcoin ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Po-S communities
• Prior experience at a Top 30 DeFi protocol or exchange
