Senior Institutional BD Lead (Europe/US)

Overview: Plexus are partnering with a venture-backed DeFi infrastructure company who are reimagining how capital flows in the age of Web3. They are looking to bring a Senior Institutional BD Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently architect and execute global institutional BD strategy.
• Act as a safe pair of hands in representing the company in critical settings.
• Maintain and build company reputation through acting as the face of the company and engaging with Senior Executives.
• Navigate multifaceted business negotiations to execute high-value deals with high-profile institutions.
• Grow and/or maintain a deep understanding of the DeFi space in both technology and regulation.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years in institutional BD roles in sectors such as investment banking, private credit, crypto infra, or private credit.
• Demonstrable network spanning Crypto and/or TradFi (exchanges, family offices, funds, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience as a high-impact player, independently taking the initiative to drive growth and momentum.
