Senior Fullstack engineer

We are working with a company that operates an agnostic execution network that allows users to trade across any blockchain instantly.  Our client are aiming to revolutionize the De-Fi ecosystem by solving De-Fi’s biggest problems—liquidity fragmentation and complex user experience—by unifying liquidity across chains and enabling one-click trading through smart contract wallets.

They’re currently a team of 12 looking for a senior full stack engineer with a strong backend focus to scale the trading infrastructure. They operate worldwide but are a US based company so are ideally looking for someone based in the US.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Scaling high-performance backend systems handling 25,000+ requests per minute
• Designing and building scalable trading infrastructure
• Integrating perpetual trading protocols into our platform
• Working on cross-chain execution logic – a huge bonus if you’ve done this before
• Contributing to the frontend of our trading app (built in TypeScript)
• Using TypeScript + Nest.js for backend development

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Architect and build highly scalable backend systems capable of processing 25k requests per minute.
• Trading Infrastructure: Scale and maintain their trading engines, ensuring reliability and low latency in high-frequency environments.
• Design and integrate perpetual contracts seamlessly into their platform.
• Cross-Chain Execution (Bonus): Work on integrating and executing trades across multiple blockchains.
• Frontend Collaboration: Assist in developing and maintaining parts of our user-facing trading application.
• Technologies: Use TypeScript and Nest.js to develop efficient, clean code.

Benefits:

• $250-275k per year and equity
