Senior Full Stack Engineer

Plexus is partnering with a well-funded technology company building next-generation financial infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of fintech and emerging technologies, they’re developing products that are transforming how financial institutions operate.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their engineering hub in Austin, Texas.

Please note: This role is only open to candidates who are already authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and transfers are not available. A relocation package is offered for candidates moving to Austin.

The Role

You’ll build high-quality, user-focused applications across the frontend and backend, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive products. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable software while helping shape the future of the platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong TypeScript skills across both frontend and backend development.
• A proven track record of taking major features or products from concept through to production, with end-to-end ownership of technical delivery.
• An AI-native approach to software development, using modern AI coding tools as a core part of your day-to-day engineering workflow.
