Senior Full Stack Engineer – Up to $160k + Tokens – Remote 

Plexus is partnering with an innovative AI and Web3 gaming company to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer. The team is building AI-powered, web-based mini apps distributed via Telegram, where users can play and earn digital rewards.

They’re combining AI-driven development, blockchain integration, and modern web technologies to create seamless, rewarding experiences for a global audience.

Role Overview

As Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design and build scalable web applications and APIs that power the platform. You’ll work closely with design, product, and data teams to deliver fast, reliable user experiences, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, automate testing, and improve code quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web apps and APIs using React and TypeScript.

• Collaborate across teams to define, design, and implement new features.

• Use AI-powered tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to streamline development.

• Develop and optimize backend services and databases (SQL / NoSQL).

• Integrate blockchain functionality (e.g. Polygon) for digital rewards.

• Take ownership from architecture to deployment in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.

• Backend and database experience (SQL / NoSQL).

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker.

• Hands-on use of AI development tools.

• Based in Europe 

Nice to Haves

• Experience with gaming, Telegram mini apps, or Web3 products.

• Knowledge of blockchain / DeFi ecosystems.

• Familiarity with Looker or modern analytics tooling.

• Experience in startup or SaaS environments.
