Senior Frontend Engineer – Up to $200k – Remote (Europe Preferred)

Plexus is partnering with a rapidly scaling identity and security technology company building high-performance dashboards, real-time interfaces, and developer tools used across both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.

They’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of a full dashboard rebuild, define the frontend architecture for the entire product suite, and lead the creation of a modern component library powering both user and developer experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rebuild of a new frontend dashboard with modern architecture, routing and state management patterns

• Create a design system and component library used across multiple products and webviews

• Build real-time UI features using WebSocket-style integrations, optimistic updates and conflict-handling patterns

• Drive performance optimisation (code splitting, bundle reduction, lazy loading, image optimisation, Core Web Vitals)

• Implement security-focused frontend practices and safe client-side data handling

• Build the developer portal frontend including API key flows, analytics interfaces and interactive documentation

• Support mobile webview integrations across iOS/Android with smooth authentication and data handoff

Requirements

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience with production React applications

• Experience building data-heavy dashboards or fintech-style interfaces

• Background with real-time systems (live updates, event streams, high-frequency UI changes)

• Expert-level TypeScript skills and ability to model complex data structures cleanly

• Some full-stack ability and understanding of how frontend decisions affect backend performance

• Strong understanding of performance tuning across modern frontend stacks

Nice to Haves

• Experience in identity, authentication, or credential-based UI flows

• Past work improving Core Web Vitals across large applications

• Background building internal tools, CLIs, or developer-facing interfaces
