Senior Developer Relations (DevRel)

Plexus is partnered with a well-funded Web3 infrastructure startup building a data platform aligned with the Ethereum ecosystem. They’re hiring a Senior Developer Relations (DevRel) to drive developer adoption, onboarding, and ecosystem growth.   Role:

• Own the developer onboarding funnel and improve time-to-first-build
• Create developer resources (SDK samples, quickstarts, tutorials, docs)
• Run hackathons, workshops, and developer activations end-to-end
• Provide hands-on technical support (debugging, integrations, code reviews)
• Support partner pilots and technical PoCs
• Surface product feedback and insights to Product & Engineering

  Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevRel, developer advocacy, or developer success
• Hands-on coding in Node, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience running hackathons or developer activations
• Web3/blockchain experience required
• Experience building SDKs or developer tooling

• Ability to travel around Europe (EU Citizen/Passport Holder or Schengen Visa Holder)

  Nice to Have:

• Strong open source projects presence (GItHub)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong data mindset (funnel metrics, activation tracking)
• Public speaking at developer events
