Senior CUDA Engineer (Remote)

Plexus has partnered with a world-class team working at the intersection of advanced cryptography and scalable compute to provide the infrastructure powering the next wave of ZK applications.

Overview: We’re looking for a CUDA Engineer to push the limits of GPU performance in cryptographic and proof-generation workloads. You’ll play a key role in accelerating compute-heavy systems and shaping the performance backbone of next-generation ZK infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement high-performance GPU kernels to accelerate ZK proof-related computations.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks in collaboration with engineering team.
• Optimise performance of existing GPU architectures.
• Maintain a high degree of independence, communicating with team members proactively to ensure coordination.
• Solidify the company’s position as a pioneering GPU-infrastructure provider through contributing to technical literature and mentoring other engineers where required.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or otherwise relevant subject.
• GPU computing experience (2+ yrs) with hands-on experience with performance optimisation.
• High proficiency in CUDA.
• Experience working in blockchain and ZK.
• Experience of working to a high standard independently, proactively executing their role as part of a distributed team and communicating effectively throughout.
