Senior Business Development Manager

Plexus is partnered with a leading institutional crypto solutions provider. Backed by a strong financial foundation and scaling rapidly across Europe, they provide trading, custody, staking, and investment management solutions, with a focus on building trust and innovation in digital assets.

They are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to drive institutional client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is critical to expanding their European footprint, with a specific focus on Liechtenstein and adjacent markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and corporates.
  • Leverage an existing network to onboard new clients and migrate relationships onto the platform.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand the firm’s presence across Europe.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and drive brand visibility within the institutional crypto community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or client relationship management within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of European crypto regulations, particularly MiCAR, and the ability to advise clients on regulatory matters.
  • Existing relationships with institutional clients across Liechtenstein or Europe (highly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus.
