Senior Blockchain Engineer (MEV) DeFi Remote $150k-$200k

Plexus has another great opportunity with one of our long-term clients within DeFi space. The client is looking for driven individuals to help develop an innovative liquid staking platform using Proof of Liquidity. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in critical thinking, collaboration and innovation.

Role:

• Design and implement advanced MEV strategies to boost profitability and competitiveness of validator operations.
• Work with blockchain and backend teams to integrate MEV strategies into block building and validator infrastructure.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring best practices in smart contract and blockchain security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of blockchain development experience, with a focus on MEV.
• Expertise in Ethereum and/or Cosmos protocols, consensus mechanisms, and validator dynamics.
• Familiarity with Ethereum tools (Geth, Lido) and security analysis.
