Senior Business Development Manager DeFi EU or US based  $180k-$220k base

Plexus is partnered with an OG in the DeFi space who have a multitude of protocols. More recently they are building  an innovative automated market maker (AMM) protocol designed to offer both fixed and variable interest rates derived from reputable yield sources within decentralized finance.

They are seeking a Senior BD Manager to help drive the TVL of the protocol, leveraging a previous network with Institutions and DeFi.

Responsibilities 

• Identify, prioritize, and execute business development strategies to boost adoption of their products among liquidity providers, partners, and traders, while contributing to broader growth initiatives as needs evolve.
• Source, build, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships while optimizing the partnership lifecycle 
• Gather feedback from potential partners and users to shape business development strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in a business development, growth, or partnerships related role
• Strong first-hand knowledge and experience in the crypto landscape with DeFi protocols
• A network in DeFi, traditional finance and institutions
