Senior Backend Engineer

Job Title: Backend Engineer – DeFi Finance (Off-Chain Systems)

Location: Remote (EU or East Coast preferred)

Plexus have partnered with A leading institutional crypto lending platform, who are hiring a backend engineer to support its off-chain systems. You’ll work on internal tooling, dashboards, and financial infrastructure using Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Ideal for engineers with DeFi experience and a strong grasp of financial workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong backend engineering skills with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or risk systems
• Solid understanding of DeFi, Ethereum, and financial operations
• Skilled in managing and analysing the financial impact of technical systems
• Based in or with strong overlap to EU or East Coast time zones
