Senior Backend Engineer

Senior Backend Engineer Web3 Gaming/Crypto Gambling Location: London, Hybrid Salary: 200k GBP

Plexus have partnered with a a pioneering Web3 gaming and entertainment company building innovative products at the intersection of crypto and online gambling.

They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to work with the CTO and engineering team to build the core services that power their products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable backend services using AWS Lambda and API Gateway
• Collaborate with smart contract developers to align contract and backend logic
• Work on their on-chain lottery project, and build out new projects

Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript or Go, and deep knowledge of serverless architecture on AWS
• Cross-chain experience, and familiarity with TON/other L1s
• Experience with event-driven systems (e.g. SQS and EventBridge), and proficiency in Terraform and GitHub actions
