Head of US Broker-Dealer & ATS Strategy (B2B) – USA (remote)

Plexus have partnered with a fully regulated, multilateral trading facility for tokenized securities.

They need a senior builder to stand up their US regulatory and operational footprint.

Role:

• Lead US broker-dealer and ATS setup (structure, licensing, operating model)

• Work with SEC, US counsel, and key institutional partners
• Move from design/build to running the US operation
• Advise the global management board on US regulatory and market structure topics

Profile:

• 10–15+ years in US capital markets at the legal / compliance / operations intersection

• Proven, hands-on experience building or standing up a broker-dealer, ATS, or trading venue
• Comfortable with US securities regulation (Series 7/63 ecosystem a plus)
• Builder, not just manager; happy in lean, senior teams

Benefits:

• Freelance/B2B: $20k–$30k/month, open to $35k–$40k for an exceptional candidate; milestone bonuses possible

• Path to full-time: base + bonus + ESOP
• Paid in fiat (regulated stablecoins possible)
