Security Lead

Plexus has partnered with one of crypto’s most well known decentralized exchanges, with +$1bn market cap. The exchange operates on Solana, designed to streamline token swaps by pulling liquidity from multiple sources. By doing so, it ensures traders get the best possible rates while reducing slippage and speeding up transactions.

The platform offers advanced trading options such as limit orders, where users can specify exact buy or sell prices, and perpetual futures with leverage for strategic market positioning. 

They are looking for a Security Lead, focusing primarily on off-chain security. This includes:

– Infrastructure security, performing in-depth assessments of the Web2 codebase, ensuring a supreme level of security is upheld – Actively seeking to improve the security systems – Growing out their security team from scratch – our partner has until now used external security agencies – Keeping up with the latest trends in security – Managing the external teams providing web3 security services

We are looking for someone with:

– 5 years of security experience – excellent experience maintaining high levels of off-chain cyber-security  – managerial experience preferable – strong interest in DeFi preferable
