Rust Protocol Engineer

Plexus is partnering with a leading Web3 company that are looking for a Protocol Engineer to help manage across two separate ecosystems for their L2 chain and building out their Layer1 network.

Your role will focus on the optimization and development of key components such as virtual machines, consensus mechanisms and networking.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Rust experience, with the ability to write clean, maintainable and well documented code
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals including RPC protocols, consensus mechanisms, virtual machines, P2P networking
• Proven experience of contributing to blockchain projects in public repositories (EVM clients is a big plus)
