Requirements

• Commercial expertise with research or hands on development in; Consensus algorithms, cryptographic protocols, distributed systems, auctions.  
• Proficiency in Rust, adhering to best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment.
