Regional Head of EMEA (Client relationship management)

Plexus have partnered with a regulated digital bank that combines traditional banking services with integrated access to digital assets (Bitcoin), allowing customers to manage fiat and cryptocurrency in one platform.

We are looking for a Regional Head of EMEA who can grow and manage their key relationships within this region. 

Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain key relationships for their existing Asia institutional client base. 
• Lead full sales cycles (including close) and client onboarding. 
• Build and manage a team. 
• Manage regional budget and hit set out targets. 
• Cross-collaborate with leads and other departments. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years sales/account management experience.
• Strong understanding of crypto/Bitcoin. 
• Strong network of institutions that are invested in BTC or looking to invest.
