Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Quant Trading Analyst to advance the team’s execution and analytics capabilities within its liquidity division. You’ll design data-driven systems to measure slippage, funding costs, and execution efficiency, driving continuous improvement across live strategies. This role suits a technically sharp, market-aware problem solver who thrives in high-autonomy, results-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine execution benchmarks and analytics for live trading strategies.

  • Quantify transaction costs, slippage, and funding differentials to optimize algorithms.

  • Collaborate with engineers and traders to enhance execution performance and infrastructure.

  • Automate post-trade feedback loops and create actionable insight dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Math, Stats, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

  • Strong command of Python, SQL, and version control (Git).

  • Proven experience in execution monitoring or transaction-cost analytics.

  • Understanding of crypto derivatives, funding mechanics, and exchange microstructure.

  • Precision, analytical depth, and collaborative mindset.
