Operating a quant-driven, medium-frequency strategy with nine figures in AUM, the firm is known for analytical rigor, disciplined risk management, and a collaborative, data-centric culture.

We’re looking for exceptional talent with deep crypto expertise, on-chain research experience, and a strong academic or institutional background. If you’ve demonstrated success in crypto — whether as a trader, engineer, or researcher — we want to hear from you.

• Deep crypto expertise — understands market microstructure, liquidity, and capital flows; can track and interpret on-chain and off-chain movement.
• Proven research ability — experience producing structured, data-backed insights within crypto, trading, or institutional environments.
• Institutional rigor — strong academic or professional background from banks, hedge funds, or quant firms.
• Analytical mindset — fluent in data, statistics, and market structure; comfortable using tools like Python, Dune, Nansen, or Arkham.
• Self-driven & composed — independent, curious, and performance-oriented under pressure.
