Quant Engineer - HFT / Crypto

Engineer  – Quant Research Firm/ DEX

Overview: Plexus have partnered with a crypto native quant research firm launching a cutting-edge DEX. 

Seeking dynamic individuals with a proactive mindset who are eager to contribute to shaping the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement a robust, high-throughput matching engine
• Develop supporting microservices, including blockchain indexing and limit order books
• Explore research avenues within decentralized exchange design, with a focus on enhancing user experience through features such as account abstraction and gasless transactions

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Rust, C++ or Golang preferred
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to transparency
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate
• Experience with distributed systems
